Style Spotlight // Hannah

I’m so excited to share these images of the stunning model/actress Hannah Elder for a new Style Spotlight! Hannah and I first crossed paths while studying abroad together in the Netherlands, and I hadn’t seen her since before she left to do volunteer work at an orphanage in Morocco. She is adventurous, genuinely kind, and such fun to spend time with! Hannah is one of those warm people who you instantly feel comfortable around, and I just adore her and her style. She has become a Goodwill connoisseur and has quite a knack for transforming thrift shop finds into gorgeous outfits! Here are some favorites from our morning stroll among the bougainvillea!
What are you wearing?
Top: Mind Code tunic (a hand-me-down) cut into a crop top
Skirt: Vintage Silvercord from Urban Jungle in Brooklyn
Bandeau: Victoria’s Secret
Wedges: Nine West from Ross
Jewelry: black & pearl bracelet from Mexico, thin metal engraved bracelet from a street vendor in Morocco, green beaded bracelet I made in high school, 2 smaller bracelets were gifted from a friend’s trip to Mali, vintage flower ring from Lemon Frog Shop in Echo Park, large metal ring from yard sale in Boston

How would you describe your style?
As a kid I mostly wore my brothers’ hand-me-downs so I developed a low key, bohemian style with some Silverlake hipster in there. Most of my wardrobe is from Goodwill or friends’ give away piles.

What are some things you love?
Postcards, being creative, wireless bras, and remembering my dreams in the morning
