It's hard to believe that 2017 is just around the corner! This year truly flew by for me. It's certainly had its ups (like getting engaged to Mike!!!) and downs, and a whole lot of adventures in between. With so much craziness going on in this world, I'm truly reminded how lucky I am to be living this life surrounded by creativity, positive energy, and wonderful people.
Grateful is an understatement.
Earlier this year I had the pleasure of teaming up with an amazing group of vendors for a colorful styled wedding shoot! We drew inspiration from our surroundings, namely Los Angeles' awesome new venue, The Ruby Street. It was built back in 1895 and has been renovated to include a number of the charming original elements! You can see the whole shoot today on Green Wedding Shoes. Events by Holly Gray coordinated everything, and our real-life married couple (Miss Rockabilly Ruby & Charles) couldn't be any cuter! Here are some of my favorite shots!
I first met Monica when she was in Sarah & Eddie's wedding and rocked an amazing gold blazer. She happened to get engaged that very weekend to her girlfriend, Albertine! They're getting married in Colorado next year and wanted to do a local engagement session that included a similar forest/mountain vibe. I had the best time wandering in the Angeles National Forest with these two. Here are some favorites from our session!
