I’ve loved Valentine’s Day ever since I was a kid – there was something so magical about collecting those small paper tokens of affection from friends! Would I get a cool Barbie valentine? Maybe my favorite Disney Princess? I saved them all year and hung them up in my room because I thought they were just so cool. Valentine’s Day has changed a lot since grade school, but I still adore the holiday. Whether for romance of for platonic friendship, it’s just such a great opportunity to express love in all forms!

I couldn’t resist pulling out the images of my boyfriend, Mike, and I in our Forrest Gump and Jenny Halloween costumes again. Any excuse…!
I decided to go with this hanging XOXO design, especially for the gold hearts on the back!

I have to admit, I always get nervous about seeing images I’ve edited in print because I obsess over color correction…but these look so good in person! The colors are awesome, and the matte paper doesn’t make the images look flat. I was very pleased!
