Are you ready for an epic engagement session?! Ellen and Aaron opted to make a full day of their shoot! These two writers share a mutual love for time travel, science fiction, theme parties, and vintage fashion – so they combined them all! They came up with the adorable idea “I would have fallen in love with you in any era” and ran with it. We did a futuristic shoot at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, a 1920s inspired shoot in the woods of Griffith Park, and a 1950s shoot at the most amazing diner. I adore Ellen and Aaron SO much and am beyond excited to shoot their wedding in June. They’re dear friends of mine and I’m so happy they have found each other!
First, let’s go back to the future…!
Ellen, you are stunning!!
Those shoes!
And now to the dapper 20s! Ellen customized the sleeves of that BHLDN dress herself and also painted her shoes!
Ellen briefly broke the internet when she posted a selfie from our 1950s shoot – but she didn’t cut her hair! Our friend Adina did some faux-bob magic!
A ton of famous movies and music videos have filmed at Cadillac Jack’s!
