My collection of short floral dresses is a bit…extensive. I knew I wanted to wear something a little more special than my usual style for Mike’s band’s (The Crow & The Canary) recent EP release show. So in an effort to push myself out of my skater skirt fit-and-flare comfort zone, I sprung for a long maxi dress with lace cutouts. Okay, yes, still floral patterned. But baby steps!

I tragically lost this sweater at the show but thankfully Forever 21 still has it in stock! Shout-out to Mike’s awesome mom, Dawn, for giving me her wedges when I was in Michigan and needed a cute but comfy pair of black heels!
One of this year’s best beauty discoveries: Bite lipsticks. High pigment and so moisturizing – just amazing! This shade is called Quince!
